Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Our products are highly perishable and due to this nature we cannot accept any returns on any of our products once it has been received by the purchaser. Unless there is a manufacturers defect or problem with the product due to our negligence.

- Gift cards / Vouchers
In the event of an error in payment processing and a refund is necessary we will follow steps necessary to investigate with the payment providers/banks/Parties involved in facilitating the payments/refund
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged while in our possession or if it is due to our negligence.
