WHEN DO YOU TAKE ONLINE ORDERS?

"Online Pickup Orders" are only opened occasionally, i.e if we hosting a pop up or its a special season/holiday/festival. We try to do as many "Online Pickup Orders" as we can manage, bearing in mind the nature of our product and that we are a home based business. We announce the opening of our  Online Pickup Orders through our various social media accounts. Follow us to find out where and when we will be trading.
Apart from online orders we have a store and also trade at various venues/markets/expos throughout the year.

WHAT IS THE CLOSING DATE FOR ORDERS?

Although orders close 28 May 2017 at 5pm,  we reserve the right to close orders beforehand depending on stock levels.

CAN I ORDER AFTER CLOSING DATE?

Unfortunately no new orders can be taken once orders are closed.

 

MAY I CHANGE MY ORDER AT ANYTIME?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once it has been confirmed

MAY I SWOP FLAVOURS IN THE ASSORTED BOXES?

Sorry, you may not swop out any flavours in the Assorted/Luxe Selections boxes.

CAN I PAY CASH ON COLLECTION?

For security reasons we are not accepting Cash on Collection. All Online Pickup orders need to pre-paid into our bank account and proof of payment needs to be emailed to us to confirm and process order.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER ONLINE?

Sorry, we cannot accept any customised orders online (yet). Orders are restricted to the options available on our online shop. Follow our social media accounts to stay updated for future order options, alternatively contact us for more info.

HOW DO I STORE SUGARLICIOUS ICE CREAM MACARONS?

Sugarlicious Ice Cream Macarons should be stored in a freezer and consumed within 3 weeks (but generally clients devour them immediately because of its overpowering deliciousness)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE COLLECTED THE INCORRECT ORDER?

Mistakes do happen, so we encourage you to check that you have the correct order before you leave as mistakes cannot be rectified later.

WHEN & WHERE DO I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Please ensure you have your Customer Name & Order Number as a reference when collecting. Pickup Orders need to be picked up from the specified location provided. Please ensure that your order is collected within the stipulated collection time provided to you.  It is imperative that this is adhered to as we are only available during those specified times.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER MELTS BEFORE I GET TO MY DESTINATION?

Our product is regarded as perishable. We endeavour to use all means available to keep your order frozen and intact for as long as humanly possible. However we cannot be held responsible for your order once you have collected it. Hence we advise to carry a cooler-bag and icepack to protect your ice cream macarons. We provide complimentary dry ice in our on-the-go boxes that should allow for upto 30 minutes of transit/travel time (t&c's apply)
